Shlomo Peller
Founder, Chairman and CEO
Shlomo Peller has served in his current capacity since Rubidium’s inception, and was responsible for establishing Rubidium’s operations, including strategy, technology, sales and marketing and HR. Mr. Peller’s prior experience includes management of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) related software and hardware projects for leading Israeli companies and startups such as Teledata Communications (NASDAQ:TLDCF) and Tadiran Telecom, now part of ECI Telecom (NASDAQ: ECIL). Mr. Peller also served as a DSP Algorithm Architect with Nexus Telecom (NASDAQ: NXULF), and a project manager for Algotec, a medical imaging startup, acquired by Kodak. He received a BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, where he graduated both with honors. Mr. Peller’s expertise is focused in digital speech processing theory and applications.
Tamar Peller-Talmon
CFO and Board Member
Ms. Peller-Talmon has served in her current capacity since Rubidium’s inception. Prior to joining the Company Ms. Peller-Talmon was an accountant at Almagor & Co., now part of Deloitte & Touche Israel, where she was part of the high-tech team, responsible for private and public high-tech companies in the areas of telecom and biotech. Ms. Peller-Talmon is a board member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, and was the Chairperson of the Hi-Tech Group. She served as a Board Member in several private and public companies. Ms. Peller-Talmon holds a Bachelors degree (B.B.) in Accounting and Finance. She is a certified public accountant and a member of the Institute of CPAs in Israel.
Erik Ziv
VP of Sales
Mr. Ziv brings extensive international experience to Rubidium, combined with a strong sales and business development background, and a network of contacts and relationships. Most recently he served as VP of Sales for HIRO Media, an Online Video Advertising company. Prior to that he was VP of Strategic Alliances at Allot Communications and VP Global Business Development at Radware. Erik is a graduate of Tel Aviv University School of Engineering and holds an MBA degree from Nyenrode (The Netherlands School of Business).

Avihay Egozi
Former CTO
Mr. Egozi’s contributions to the success of Rubidium have been immeasurable. Mr. Egozi had been serving as the Chief Technology Officer of the Company since October 1998. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Egozi served as Vice President of R&D and CTO at ADC-Teledata (NASDAQ:TLDCF), in charge of an R&D group of 100 engineers and technicians, and the Executive R&D Manager at the MRI Division of Elscint, a global leader in medical imaging systems. Mr. Egozi held several international patents. Mr. Egozi passed away in 2009. He is sorely missed.
